1. How to find an item?
The quickest way to find an item is to type the name required in the search box on the right hand side of the page.

This will show a list of flowers starting with the letter A
Click any letter on the alphabet above to find the item you require.
You can also click advanced search and type in the name of the item you are looking for.
Searches for items can also be carried out by colour
If your looking for sundries or plants then click ´BY CATEGORY¡ and choose the category from the drop down menu.
2. How to add an item into the shopping basket?
Select an item. If it is suitable click "add" to include it in your basket.
3. How to remove the items from the shopping basket?
You can remove any item from the basket by first clicking on the " X " on the right hand side of the page.
4. How to empty the basket? Click "Proceed to checkout" to complete your order. If you dont want to continue click "Remove all Items
5. How to check your previous orders?
Simply click on "MY ACCOUNT" and your purchase history will be shown, click on the order you wish to view..
7.How to become a member
?Click "LOG ON" on the navigation bar and complete the form as requested.
8.Why do I need a Username and Password?
So that you can view your previous orders and to ensure that only Henry Doy members can order.
9. How is my order delivered?
On registration we will choose the delivery method most suitable.
10. Is delivery included in the online price?
No, however only in certain circumstances will we charge a delivery fee.
