Henry Doy endeavours to complete your order accurately. Due to daily changes in the market we reserve the right to substitute goods with the closest alternative. If no alternative is available Henry Doy reserve the right to cancel any item.

Deliveries will be charged at the rate of 5.00

Deliveries will be sent by the most suitable courier for the size and location of the goods which have been ordered

Henry Doy is not responsible for the courier companies service. Problems that arise with a delivery must be taken up with the carrier concerned. Refunds will not be given in the event of courier error. Contact details are listed of all the courier companies we use. Henry Doy obtain proof of dispatch on all orders.

In stock goods may be cancelled 1 working day before the dispatch date.

Special order goods may be cancelled up to 3 working days before dispatch date.

In the case of the customer not being satisfied with the condition of the goods Henry Doy will make all effort to resolve the issue via phone/email. If this is not possible Henry Doy reserve the right ask the customer to return the goods to the Henry Doy warehouse at the customers expense. In such a case refunds will not be issued until Henry Doy have received the returned goods.

Non perishable items (florist sundries) will be fully refunded if returned within 7 days at the customers expense. These items must be unused and unopened.

Any claim for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of the customer receiving the goods.

Prices given in advance for special orders are estimates only and are no guarantee of the final price.

Henry Doy will make all efforts to deliver the goods at the requested time. However we cannot guarrentee the day or time of the delivery of the goods.

Henry Doy accept no responsibility for any loss of earnings due to flowers not arriving on time or being damaged on arrival.
